Tesla Vehicle New World Order

For some the Tesla Investor Day presentation was awesome, for others not so much

Above is the incredible innovative new Tesla way of manufacturing vehicles.

Tesla Investor Day was outstanding if you kept your eyes open

It was very disappointing to me to see some respected tesla community members on twitter commenting negatively about the Tesla Investor Day presentation. It seems that they wanted to see the Tesla Model 2, and when it was said that, that information would not be covered, they became upset and shutdown on the rest of the presentation. Some said that nothing new was presented. I strongly beg to differ!

The following is a very good video from Dillion Loomis of Electrified, that covers all the important reveals made by the Tesla team during Investor Day. Very impressive.

This is a very big deal, that should be appreciated more by the institutional investors.

The innovation made by Tesla's team will lower margins and grow net profit.

It’s amazing so many complaining. I flew all the way to Texas to learn exactly everything Tesla is doing and where they are it. Its was quite useful and amazing. The factory tour before made it a different experience than most observed. This is an incredible company." said Ross Gerber

Here's an excellent video from Farzad that breaks down what's important to understand about Investor Day, that the institutional investors may have missed.

Here's the breakdown from Farzad that shows how Tesla gets to 20 million vehicles.

Tesla continues to sharpen its innovation sword, and is determined to optimize EV manufacturing processes to the point of reducing the manufacturing cost by 50%.

Some say, timing is everything, and this is a perfect example of that. Just when Toyota executives praised the workmanship of the Tesla Model Y, Tesla, once again, is turning the EV and auto manufacturing process upside down.

“Taking the skin off the Model Y, it was truly a true work of art,” said one Toyota executive who scrutinized the Tesla part by part. “It's unbelievable. It's a whole different manufacturing philosophy,” one executive said. We need a new platform designed as a blank-sheet EV,” said another.

The Japanese automaker was impressed with the simplicity of Tesla’s vehicle architecture and powertrain, but now Tesla is going to take it to a whole new level, that will put Tesla in the auto industry leadership position for a very long time, and perhaps forever.

Look how dominate in efficiency the Tesla Model 3 is compared to the Toyota Corolla. What do you think will happen when Tesla starts selling the Model 2?

Here's Dave Lee's timeline for Tesla's Next-Gen Vehicle and the Tesla Van.

Here's a quote from an interview with former Ford CEO Mark Fields on CNBC, where he discussed the Tesla's manufacturing efficiency plan, and competition in the EV sector.

“Tesla laid out a lot of enablers, and a lot of content, on manufacturing and engendering efficiencies, that they are putting in place to reduce cost, which is key to continuing to grow and deliver more affordable products off the next generation platform... The key is who is going to come down with an appealing product, the software for the user interface, cost leadership, and consistent execution. Tesla right now is one generation ahead of the other auto makers... Tesla has a leg up on the competition and I think they demonstrated that on Investor Day."

Here is a big reveal about the new Gigafactory in Mexico. New vehicles in 3 months?

"Tesla has shown an undeniable blueprint for successful EV programs. It makes no sense not to learn from it. I am glad to see Toyota finally do it, but what is so frustrating is that Toyota used to own a large stake in Tesla and worked together on an EV program. The Japanese automaker could have learned so much there. Instead, it only used Tesla for compliance with EV programs. That’s why it is in this situation right now – years behind the competition when it comes to battery-electric vehicles. Can it catch up? Maybe, but I have doubts." Source: Fred Lambert (electrek)

The Tesla New Gen vehicle will cost 50% less, because of continued innovations in all aspects of the cycle to produce an EV. Every step in the process matters to Tesla.

Ross Gerber, president and CEO of Gerber Kawasaki joins 'Squawk on the Street' to discuss his thoughts on Tesla as shares sink following the company's investor day Wednesday. Ross said "The 4680 battery will take Tesla to the next level."

Take a look at the Tesla Global Electric Fleet and how much they intend to manufacture, and look close, there are two new vehicles planned to be manufactured by Tesla in the future.

Wedbush Managing Director and Senior Equity Analyst Dan Ives joins Yahoo Finance Live to talk about Tesla's Investor Day, the EV maker's position in the market, and CEO Elon Musk's succession plan.

Tom Zhu exclusive with Matthew Donegan-Ryan

The Gen 3 platform will be built in Mexico first, then they will copy & paste production to other Giga Factories. The first Gen 3 vehicle will roll off the production line in 18-24 months! Matthew asked if the Gen 3 will be painted or stainless steel he smirked and said “paint is expensive”. Giga Mexico will be built AT THE SAME TIME AS ANOTHER GIGA! All Giga Factory architecture, design, and construction is done in-house. Shanghai ramped faster than Austin/Berlin because Shanghai copied Fremont’s production and the Austin/Berlin had to figure out the structural pack.

Dave Lee discuses the reasons why Monterey Mexico was chosen as the next Gigafactory He thinks the new Tesla Model 2 will be manufactured there.

Tesla

Here's a quote from Brett Winton, Ark Invests Chief Futurist. His comments, made in an interview with Yahoo are observations on the Tesla Investor Day presentation.

"Tesla is executing on its ambition to scale to 20 million vehicles, which ties in to our expectations for the company to deliver growth. If I were in another auto company I would be tearing my hair out, because of how quickly they are innovating on the production design and manufacturing of there EVs" This indicates to us that they're going to be able to deliver lower cost of production vehicles that are more performant than their competitors. On the margin side I think it's actually quite a positive. said Brett Winton Ark Invest

The Tesla Community Defends The Truth

You can always count on the Mainstream Media to distort the truth about Tesla, but on the other hand you can always count on the Tesla community to provide the truth and the best understanding of the value that Tesla provides investors. Tesla is easily 5 to 7 years ahead of legacy auto and they continue to pull ahead with new innovation for the machine that makes the machine. We have a lot to look forward to this year and for years to come. Tesla will knock it out of the park... again, and again, and again! There is simply no stopping Team Tesla and its loyal community.
