Tesla delivered a record 405,278 EVs worldwide in the forth quarter despite a reduction in Tesla China production, high inflation and rising interest rates.
2022 has been a great challenge for Tesla including serious COVID outbreaks in China, which caused the company to temporarily suspend and reduce production at its Shanghai factory.
These numbers represented a new record for the Elon Musk and the Tesla team with an impressive growth rate of 40% deliveries year-over-year and a 47% growth rate in production year-over-year.

In 2022, there's been great hardship for all the Car companies worldwide especially here domestically with Ford and GM huge declines in deliveries. The only bright spot this year has been Tesla, who continues to grow at a rapid pass and is gaining more and more market share from internal combustion vehicles.
